During the last 20 years, I have trained to International level sport and I was used to training in several methods, from circuits to fartlec, weightlifting and martial arts and when I finished playing at this level and my work took over from the training I wanted to find a time effective way of training which delivered results in a shorter time.

I found training with kettlebells on the south coast. Immediately I noticed massive results. My bodyfat decreased, my inner strength increased, my core strength improved quickly and my gains in strength, power and cardio were fantastic! I did my research and found Guy Noble and Adrian Burton who trained me in how to instruct and deliver this great training tool.

I soon realised kettlebells were an amazing home/portable gym tool which could deliver great strength to the average person by allowing them to train with the kettlebell even from your front room!, On the professional/focused or the accomplished athlete, they would develop functional strength and power like no other system, finding sport specific programmes to suit the needs of the athlete.

I was so excited about teaching it to the average person and top athletes that I have created Midland Kettlebells.
