Simon is inspirational! I researched the kettlebell technique and was drawn to Simon's website, where after my intiital contact with him, I felt very comfortable from the feel and feedback I received. My husband (whom is not an atheletic type or gym minded person), booked our course with him. I had previously been using a running machine and cross trainer but now after only a few sessions the significant difference to my body shape has dramatically improved over a very short period of time.
